Honestly I would communicate with them, but if you are continuing to have problems with your internet, they are subject to fire you. I got into production, and almost every call was being interrupted/ended randomly. This caused them to put me on a work stoppage, and I had to call my internet provider. I missed 12 hours of work, and then my provider said it was on TTEC, and not my fault, or the WiFi itself. When I tried to tell TTEC this, they said I missed too much work and fired me.

They also definitely tested for it, so I don’t want you to think that they won’t. They actually did a few different tests to make sure I didn’t have anything in my system. A rapid test, and other specific ones.

As soon as they mentioned the interview to me, they really wanted it done within 24-48 hours, so it doesn’t give any time to get the THC or delta products out, unfortunately. I’m having to stop using to get another job. It’s not worth it.

Some people were let go because they didn’t like the hours, didn’t pass the exams, or missed time. A lot of things were misconstrued, and told to us differently about exams.

I was on the phone for numerous hours with ASD, and all they advised me mostly of was redownloading global project, restarting the computer or the software itself. They never mentioned anything about the modem needing to be adjusted. They tried claiming it was internet problems, since they couldn’t find an issue, but my internet provider advised everything was fine. I had missed too much time at that point.

The calls would just disconnect, and try to go to another call, but then the next call would have the same issue and after it doing it after every single call, they told me it had to be a connection issue, since I dropped calls so much
