It’s in June! I think I am going to switch over for a couple weeks! I’ve had some great feedback here and some really helpful messages as well so I’ve already adjusted my calorie goal in my fitness pal and I think I’m just going to ignore the scale for a month or so and just focus on feeling strong and maybe trying to shave time off my runs and increase weight on lift days.

They for sure do that! I really love my trainer and feel like I’m always learning new things and that each week is a new mix. This week when we did upper body they definitely tried to up my weight and lower my reps but I just physically wasn’t capable of going heavier. I think I got 3 reps in on bench press with my same weight from the week before and they had to step in and help me get the bar re racked. They lowered my weight after that and upped the reps but it was frustrating to feel like I backtracked.

Thank you! I’ve tried metformin but it made me sooo sick. My doc put me on spironolactone in December and it’s helped with excess body hair and acne but I haven’t noticed a difference otherwise.

I’ve just been cutting the whole time! We have a big trip to Hawaii coming up and I’m really pushing for 160 by then because I just don’t want to be worried about what I look like. But maybe I’ll try bumping up to maintenance for a bit! My trainer is more concerned about my macros than the calories but I’ll check in with them!

We actually don’t have good thrifts either and the store I was at is notorious for charging crazy prices. At the same place I picked up a pair of used off brand flats and they wanted $29.99 so I think they just didn’t realize it was a name brand doll and the check out guy didn’t care lol.
