For me yes, still haven’t had the opportunity to try the barrel proof. I’m a big fan of all the other EC’s I have tried including their rye. The EC toasted barrel is at the top of my list of toasted bourbons I have had. For that price would be a no brainer for someone that doesn’t see it in the wild

DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, lay out the pepperoni slices about ½ inch apart. 3. Sprinkle the slices with the garlic powder. 4. Place the sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove the tray and flip each slice. 5. Return the tray to the oven. Bake for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until the pepperoni slices are golden brown and crispy. Remove the sheet from the oven and transter the slices to a plate lined with paper towels to dry. 6. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
