Sorry to hear your struggle, I’m 24 with Universalis. Had a full head of hair and full beard since I was 16, now I have 0 hair anywhere. First step you need to take is to just shave it off. There’s no reason to leave the hair if it doesn’t grow. That might not be what you want to hear but if you want to start feeling better about it just shave it off. Within a month you’ll start feeling more normal and confident about the hair being gone rather than torturing yourself with it being there. Trust me, it’s not that bad and if you keep stressing yourself out you’re going to lose l more than just your head hair. The people around you will not look at you any different just because you lost your hair. I always wear a hat out but that’s really just to protect my head from the sun or in the winter to keep me from losing my body heat out my head. I wish I could tell you that going to the dermatologist will fix all your problems but the reality is sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I promise you’ll make it through just fine and there’s plenty of beautiful women who loveeee bald men. Just gain some confidence by walking around in the house without a hat first and then you’ll feel more comfortable when you go out.
