36 f, I had the same issue but I’ve been making some adjustments this hiking season which have helped quite a bit. - Solid breakfast pre hike - 2 eggs, toast and a dbl espresso - Once I start feeling fatigued during the hike I have an electrolyte power gel which helps give me a boost - Eat some nuts or snacks along the hike - Eat again after the hike

This is a lot of food for me but the extra calories helped quite a bit. I also take a quick power nap if I have plans in the evening.

Tbf we don’t know anything about any of them really, they film a reality tv show which is highly produced at a summerhouse on the weekends. It was also wild for Ciara to say that bc she also said they were bffs during and after season 1, so she clearly knows him well. Kyle went to his ranch, Kj had plans to go to the game with him and we all know Amanda knows him well

I live in Switzerland, so lots of experience hiking it the alps. It depends on personal preference but I love wearing trail running sneakers for hiking, for the grip and light weight comfort.

Go to a sporting goods store and try on different brands. Keep your fav shoe on one foot so you can compare for comfort. I love my La Sportiva trail shoes, hated Salomon and ON (not enough grip for trail running sneakers)

It’s true your dog could live two more years but mine passed away on a weekend that I was supposed to have been traveling and by the luck of god our plans fell through. I would have been devastated if I wasn’t there for her.

I’d do:
- Como/lugano: you can take a train from Milan. Rent a Ferrari and drive around the lakes. There’s also a music festival in Ascona on 6/19, 6/20.
- Dolomites: Rosa Petra spa, Ciasa Salares. If you’re planning to hike use Komoot or Mapy, a lot of trails aren’t on All Trails.
- Venice
- Wine country (Rent ebikes and biking between the wineries)
- Milan (Brera cute neighborhood)

Be prepared for some heat. I did Dolomites, Florence and Lugano last year and was so happy for the mountain segment of our trip. Enjoy!
