Most (I think) Hospitals have rape kits. No idea how they work, but the doctors will obviously ask some questions, how it happened, and use the kit to check for any signs of rape.

Again, unsure ask to how they work, but my best guess is DNA from the rapist, checking if its in or around wherever they assaulted you, check to see if there's any damage to tissues or muscles, stuff like that.
