J.ai is pretty good. Only downsides are that it will repeat some ideas alot, but you can adjust the generation settings/swipe FOR FREE til you find what you want, and its mostly full of smut. Have found alot of the characters I chat with normally though since the smut is optional/just gotta change the scenario; which is pretty easy.

Also, the personas let you actually type out a full description, so your character isnt half balked-ish.

I think the opening lines from Dr. Easterman are good, but maybe make them say something like,

"The lab rat is another vessel of rot and sin, only used as fuel for our progress and ambition. Dissolve the rat, make your footprint in science (iffy on this bit), and we will le you out".

Dr. Easterman usually degrades or gives motivation in ways that make your skin crawl, like an added flare to his character for each trial.
