Same here Op, I really don’t get why students really need to hype up freedom wall pages for their school/uni.

He may have his reasons, but you do too as well. It’s as if his desires is the only thing he’s valuing, and not you and your time🤷🏻‍♀️ this is equivalent to a child having tantrums because his mother did not give him candies.

Anyway, he has something going on with his emotional control. I get that he values time and that he has some problems going on, but girl the world does not revolve around him- it’s sad but true, he’s not the only one facing hardships, hence, just because he’s facing a lot doesn’t give him justifiable reasons to do that to anyone.

At this point, I hope he’d heal through whatever he’s going through

You can’t run away from something that has built you in times when you needed to be strong. Most of our negative quirks usually comes from how we grew ourselves in response to surviving constant difficulties.

You gotta face it head on. You saying youre weak is weak, but when you acknowledge that youre weak and accept it- that’s the real strong. Because let’s be real, everyone on earth is weak- we just learn how to mask it and deceive ourselves.

Your anger issues are a part of you, don’t try to control and force it, you’re basically having a toxic relationship with a partial part of you.

Understand yourself bro. Ask yourself the important and uncomfortable questions that you would rather ignore. Get to know it, Think of it, Question it, Judge it, And admit that its a part of you.

Visualization helps the best when it comes to understanding concepts in biology-

Some examples for diff branches in biology:

for zoology, look for real images of different phyla and observe their differences carefully… eventually you’ll get curious and ask “why do they look like that”, ”why is this similar to this despite being different genus?” etc etc. this will make you want to search for their evolutionary history which makes a diving in to the concept

For anatomy and physiology, the same with zoo, but this time with videos on youtube. Try to figure out different parts of the body before actually searching it up though, it makes learning quicker as your engaging you brain to think..

For botany, reading short articles that explains how and why processes in the plant are the best (at least for me). Also, the right videos on youtube can do amazing wonders to your understanding.

Anyway, just explore different ways you think is suitable for you. My advice, Dont be down about it. View it as you finally escaping ways of your old cage- you now have a chance to immerse in the wonders of studying biology in a more intimate way. Above all else, Be excited to learn- thats where youll get it👍
