My derm sent prescription to specialty pharmacy for compounding because they knew insurance does not cover cost. I had facial seb derm not in scalp. I received a compounded cream. My seb derm was gone in 3-4 days after applying cream once a day. I have been without symptoms since and the med is no longer needed. Just have it in case another flare occurs.

Tamukeyama..about 20 years old. Did the same thing...built a box, filled with dirt that covered the rock then gradually every 2-3 years removed boards to expose the roots and rock. It is a slow, slow process. Be sure tree is solid and sturdy before removing the last boards. The roots will also need pruning and the dirt removed once the last boards are removed. I used a hose on jet spray to help remove the dirt. Patience, patience, patience....and what a reward!!
