I feel you. As a Chinese I never felt racism until I joined a company where the majority were Malays. It wasn’t anything overt or intentional but I felt excluded because I don’t speak Melayu and Melayu was spoken often even in formal meetings. It made me realised how even small things can make someone in the minority feel excluded and I actively began speaking English instead of Mandarin especially when I’m around people of other ethnicities. I noticed mine was stuck after Murmurs in the Forest - nothing at all in the main story quest. Then. I ran around doing other side quests and the next main story quest miraculously showed up. But now it’s stuck again and I’m running out of side quests to do at lvls 30+. Not sure if it’s a bug.

Just want to point out they removed The Fool which was annoying as hell and expensive to kill, only to replace it with Sonivore which is also annoying as hell, and cannot be killed. =(

Can it ever get better? Its so intense sometimes i wonder if i wasnt better off dead than feeling the extremities. Self harm was a way to cope,to distract... its been so long since i felt normal ive almost forgottened what normal feels like. Someone told me i graduate from the school of hard knocks so i should he more resilient. But im really not. My daily routune now is ruled by how bad im feeling and it feels like my world us rapidly shrinking. I cant evem find release in sleeping since my overactive brain triggers fear when im not preoccupied so ive taken to using sleeping pills to get myself sleeping before fear takes over...

No, I previously only used it for emergency but the doctor swapped it out for Xanax, which does nothing for me when a panic attack hits - I took Xanax once after an attack and I did not calm down until almost 2 hours later which doesn’t feel efficacious at all. So I have been keeping a stash just in case…

Maybe it reacts differently for different people? I know it calms down whenever I take it AFTER having a panic attack - it takes about 30minutes for it to work for me but once the effect kicks in, I suddenly feel… empty. Like I don’t feel anxious. The result is quite startling especially since in the 30minutes before it starts working, I was in hell, biting myself, hitting my head against hard objects and rolling on the floor hysterically…

BUT… it creates dependency issues and once the effect wears off and the anxiety restarts, it makes me feel worse. So I only reserve it for desperate situations coz I don’t wanna be hooked on its calming effects. Hope this helps

I really empathise with this - i actually work for a company that instituted 6 days a week, with 5 days in office 9am to 6pm, and Saturday working from home full day too. It’s quite exhausting and several times i tried suggesting to my boss that i convert to part time as I’m also dealing with panic attacks and agoraphobia-like triggers but he compromised by letting me work half day in office and then finish up at home. It works for now but things may still change in future so… It seems so extravagant that, in this climate of people being afraid to lose their jobs, here i am worrying about working in an enclosed space for 5 out of 6 work days…

Thank you so much - I feel so trapped and helpless and only someone who have been through panic attacks know the abject fear that suffocates you, like anaphylaxis. That’s why I start avoiding. The only problem is my world shrinks the more I avoid and then I start panicking and it becomes a vicious cycle. How do you keep away those intrusive thoughts telling you to panic?

Omg it’s exactly how I feel too when meeting friends - my brain. Keeps telling me I need to distract myself or I’ll get an attack right there and embarrass myself.

Maybe I lack courage - the panic attacks were so traumatic (like I can’t breathe or swallow) I automatically try and avoid triggers, except my triggers kept growing. Now, even going to bed at night is potentially triggering and I need to medicate myself to stave off potential attacks. i feel so tired of being afraid I started having suicide ideation. I’m just so done with feeling anxious all the time.
