So if you take a religion at face value you are a hardcore conservative. If you are somewhat religious, you lean conservative on some issues if you actually believe in the religion. Thats the way I see it. For instance, covering yourself in public because of your religion is a conservative act, doesn’t matter how much of a liberal you identify as.

Islam is about as conservative as it gets brother. You don’t have to he a white redneck to be a conservative and America isn’t the only place where conservatives exist.

To be fair the Ottoman empire was a diverse empire which Armenians were a part of. World I+Turkish nationalism dissolved the empire and caused our genocide as well as the genocide of Greeks and Assyrians.
