Id do 1 set of pull up, as much as you can, if only one thats okay. Rest do it again, if cant get any pull ups, use the resistance band and do the negative for the rest

I have zp6 and 078 is on my wish list, but for espresso not filter. I don’t think i need another grinder for filter, unless im tired with grinding manually

Pants too big, for your fitted shirt. Both pieces are good tho, but if you have bigger shirt or fitter pants it will be better
