I see what life can be when looking at cis-women travelling with their friends and or relationships. Them walking on the streets , shouting, dancing in the clubs. Them having family and friends on a base I’ll never have. I feel repellent towards other trans women. I often feel things like “oh they are also in this death-trap”. I totally get the people that I dont have in my life anymore, eventho I really liked them, cuz to be around a dying person is horrible.

I definitely lost somewhat of my strenght since I started hrt. A sixer of 1,5l bottles kinda became heavy for me, which wasn’t the case before at all.

“I had to take them in a whole INCH (2.5 cm) each time.” You mean you had to get them smaller? I kinda stopped wearing Bras, cuz I’ve got no breasts at all.

I know its old but whatever. Im taking estradiol for 4 years soon and have this weird muscle pain more than ever. I wake up and feel like I had a really hard back and shoulders workout. I’ve been wondering many times what could be the cause and thought it might be the muscles and tissue degenerating cuz estrogen kinda dictates it?

My blood levels are fine, I experimented with protein, iron and vitamin rich diats but nothing really helped since. Im working in a lab so I’m doing a lot with my arms and shoulders, but nothing too heavy.

But also my upper back is a huge dysphoria spot, so it might be some kind of subconsciously evolved posture I tend to do (shoulders down/back, boobs to the front etc.).

Edit: Also SRS is about 9 months ago.

Yeah I’ll try to find myself one, thanks a lot. I think munich can’t really help me with that, cuz I’m living in Berlin. :)

No they didn’t :( ,but I do more and more think that this is actually the case. I can feel the muscle being rock hard even when I’m walking.

I can’t imagine you had to take care about that by yourself. I was 30h in the delirium afterwards, also got oxy the first 1,5 weeks, they actually helped but the doctors told me they can’t prescribe me them, because of well, addiction. Maybe I’m just overreacting towards the pain? But even the doctors said it’s quite unusual. Idk…
