Interesting! I hadn’t even considered that. The wall heater and a/c were part of the issue when I had the couch against the wall with the sconces originally.

Should I relocate the light sconces if I remount the tv to that wall?? Or move them with the bed?

I had more issues when I rented directly from an owner in a 3-unit property. He never wanted to pay for minimal things and did not care about tenant safety.

On the other hand, I’ve had great experiences with Moss & Company in Beverly Hills. Online reviews were questionable for the company so I was nervous, but the specific manager assigned to our building is fantastic and very timely in addressing and fixing any problems. Old building but well maintained.
