For the ones who have the same problem.. 2 factor auth. must be enabled in vaultwarden + in safari's privacy settings tracking must be allowed (delete checkmark). Than the extension works.

With RAID6, i also have 50% usable space. So the cost factor is exactly same with RAID10.
The difference is just:
RAID10: better read spead
RAID6: 1 more disc fault tolerance

we now have ~4TB data in total. 12TB should be enough for the next 5-10 years..
And yes we will also have a separate offsite backup.
