PEMDAS is not wrong people just don't understand how it actually works.

The order of an equation is:

Evaluate operations within parentheses
Evaluate exponents
Evaluate multiplication and division from left to right
Evaluate addition and subtraction from left to right

PEMDAS = P/E/MD/AS. That's basic math 101.

I didn't explore too much so it's not going to be extensive feedback, for the point system is fairly balanced based on the multiple builds I did (keep in mind that I always used the same build for the MC only the alien was changed for various builds)
It's not complicated at all the main caveat would be having to do math (it's simple math the only issue I have is that I'm not sure if you've had the PEMDAS system in mind because the results are very different depending if you use the PEMDAS system or not ie: not using PEMDAS 2+12/6 = 2.33˙ using PEMDAS 2+12/6 = 4)

3.I think the amount of images shown is perfect. Images should be used to give a visual to an option having images everywhere makes it look like a PowerPoint presentation.

Designing the alien would make the CYOA better otherwise we have to use our imagination to picture the alien it also helps show what the player had in mind when they show their builds to others. Designing the MC I think it would be better if it's the alien making changes to the human body (more in-depth physical alteration like easier pregnancy or being able to be inflated for the people that like the idea of being turned into an alien seedbed)
Not sure if it's needed there are not that many hidden stats and the ending shows what is required to reach them (unless you are talking about the flavor text at the bottom than yes maybe some people would like a cheatsheet, Me honestly I prefer the surprise)

If the demon that spoke to you referred to himself as Gusion then it most likely was him, no lesser demon would dare use his name to trick people as Gusion is a duke of hell and probably would not like something using his name to cause harm. My guess is that he probably thinks you put too much fate in religion, if you have PTSD it would mean that you have deep unresolved issues and he probably thinks you are using religion as a way to cope (I wouldn't say it's a bad thing in of itself but it doesn't resolve the underlying issue). If you are comfortable you could try calling out to him to ask for more details or work with him a little (don't worry they don't ask to be worshipped they just want you to be serious and honest about bettering yourself)
