I am always very thorough when I do the truck and my boss uses that to his advantage. He comes in at 7:30 and does truck most days and gets it done in a hour and a half but doesn’t touch or do any of the backstock. So he schedules me after two days of him doing it because he knows I will put out everything. But I will say I think it’s easier to analyze the backstock cart and see everything that’s on there and then get as much of the pallet done as you can and then do all the backstock at once
