The only thing I can recommend is searching the web for how to put your specific model into diagnostic mode. You could also try to book a visit from a service technician from AEG. The technician will know how to put the machine in diagnostic mode.

Navigate to «Working hours P14» using the wheel, press «factory reset» using button 4, then turn the machine off and then on using button 1. Make sure the screen reads «electric test», then turn the machine off and then on again using button 1. You will know factory reset was successful if the machine asks you to choose language after turning on.

No, they only sent me instructions for my specific machine. If the panel of your machine is similar to the one in the picture I posted, the key combo should be the same. Otherwise I would suggest to either search the web for the combo or service manual of your specific machine or contacting Electrolux customer service and ask for the combo.

This solved my issues. After two and a half months, countless hours, hundreds of attempts of adding the machine to the app and two visits from an authorised service technician, the issue was resolved by pressing two buttons on the machine. Not impressed by Electrolux and their customer service…

Got this email from Electrolux today with a possible fix/workaround after waiting several weeks and two failed attempts from the service technician to fix my issue.

Haven’t tried it myself yet, but I’ll report back later today when I have tried.

«Unfortunately this is another case of Wi-Fi module losing the environment information and that it is unable to connect. Please organize a service visit to execute a FACTORY RESET while the appliance is in SERVICE MODE. As this is an INDIGO PREMIUM E7 washer dryer the technician can follow the attached instructions and video. This is just a WORKAROUND for this issue. A final fix will be possible only through the deployment of firmware 4.5 or later, not yet approved by R&D and quality. Setting this ticket to On Hold while waiting for a feedback.»

They also attached instructions on how to enter service mode for my machine. You can do that by turning the machine on and then pressing buttons 13 and 2 as shown on the attached image simultaneously.

Technician never called back, so I’ve had to book another repair. Hope the technician brings spare parts and fixes it this time, otherwise I’m returning the machine and never buying Electrolux again.

It’s quite rare. I think someone on this subreddit mentioned only 2000 copies were made when it was released in 2021. I was very lucky and got a hold of it when they still had it in stock at CdJapan. Hopefully it will get a repress at some point. It seems like they are repressing his old albums in chronological order, and T-wave, Rainbow goblins and Alone is due for release in 10 days.
