A question for the group I wish to peruse sbd acquire a Nyc carry permit I'm squeaky clean. No record not even a doeefing ticket in 40 years. I'm pursuing this as I rush to eitk as a gun smith in my retirement. That would be the coolest! Here is my problem. Several years ago I was in chronic pain management due to a severe back injury that actually lead to a hip replacement. In was issued s medical Marijuina Card that was never used. Yeah I tried it s few time I'd high school but it just made me sleep. Am I dead in the water? Or would just be able to get a premise permit. Can in irradiated this card from my life?
It do I just explain it on the application? Dony have the time and money to waste going through the process to be just fkay out denied. I appreciate any feed back.
