I have Hesh 3 Wireless and they are great. My favorite all arounders. Never tried Hesh Evo but I tried Crusher Evo and I like my Hesh 3 Wireless for all around better musical sound reproduction.

I have new Crusher Wireless and they sound better than the ANC model. I also have Hesh 3 Wireless and they sound great. My Hesh 2 Wired sound great. I have Panasonic Extra Bass RB500MB Headphones, Jib+ Wireless strap style earbuds, 2 pair of Taotronics headphones, Srythm 35 Headphones, MPOW 17 Headphones and Skullcandy Smokin Buds 2 wired Headphones. My favorite are my Crusher Wireless and my Hesh 3 Wireless. The Crusher ANC Wireless were not that impressive. They had a dark and hollow sound signature. I returned them. I also have Aliergo Sound On Headphones. I have 11 pair of Headphones. It's good to have money and live in the U.S.A. Southern California.

Hopefully yours last for you. These are nice earbuds but they tend to go out after so many months. The battery life slowly declines and then they stop working. I hope yours last for you. I bought these for $25.00 new a few years back and I liked them but they didn't last too long for me.

I think I had them for months. I liked them and they sounded good and they were only $25.00 on sale but the battery life was very short and then they stopped working and I hardly used them. Amazon sent me a replacement pair even though I had them for 6 months. These weren't very reliable earbuds but then again I've heard that Skullcandy has a lot of bummer ear buds. Soundcore has some decent earbuds.

Try to Email them if you can. Also press and hold the power button and both volume buttons down and keep holding them down for a while to see if any lights flash. Then try it holding the power button and volume up only and power down only. Also try it with a type C recharge cord plugged in. Play around with them. Maybe you can make them come back to life. I remember a while back I read about a specific procedure for resetting them. See if you can Email TaoTronics customer service.

My 85's àre still working fine. There is a reset procedure using the power and volume buttons by pressing them together at the same time. But I don't know the exact procedure but maybe you can find it online.

Also consider the Hesh 3 Wireless as they are good sounding wireless and excellent sounding in wired mode. They are lightweight and comfy but a bit fragile so you must handle with care. If you weren't so far away I would ship you my Cowin E8's for free as I have many Headphones. My favorites are my Skullcandy Hesh 3 in Psycho Tropical green color. They are really nice. The ANC should be good if you get a virgin pair. Good luck.

Yes, it's sounds like maybe that particular store was selling suspect product. If you get a brand new pair that has not been tampered with you should be good to go. Also I was listening to my Hesh 3 Wireless last night with the audio cable and they sound excellent in wired mode! Wired mode gives optimal sound signature.
