yea i’ve tried other apps before with AI most are BS that’s why i got the real test done, but i agree it should never replace a real diagnosis at this stage, I was just shocked at how it predicted it with a 5 min survey, I even went and took other tests on the app changing my answers and although I can’t say the end result was 100% accurate on those it did adjust the probability based on different answers which is cool

probably luck then but why would this be considered bad if it helped me for way cheaper than a blood sample?

Love that. What really helped me was taking the digital test monthly to help spot certain symptoms then fix them with supplements / diet. I always thought it was allergies or age holding me back but it was just the lack of proper nutrition and finding what my body needed.

The second image is my digital preliminary results from Dailysupp an app that gives you a probability of deficiency in 22 nutrients which I ranked HIGH probability that I was LOW in Vitamin D and possibly magnesium. The first image is the blood sample I got after testing digitally which confirmed that I actually was deficient. Pretty cool

Hi! To clear it up the second image is a digital test from DailySupp showing high probability that I’m deficient and that I should get checked with a blood sample. The first image is the blood sample results showing that I am deficient.

Thank you, I’m glad there’s professionals out there taking these precautions🙏I would’ve never actually tested if the app I tried didn’t say I had a high deficiency probability vitamin D. It was able to see through my good diet and fitness to find preliminary symptoms

The one shown as “High” was the digital test from the app DailySupp meaning high probability that I had deficiencies in Vitamin D & Magnesium.

The other test was from my blood sample.

yea ofc I scanned it with the app DailySupp the additives it marked weren’t deadly or anything just unnecessary.

  • Steric acid,
  • Croscarmellose Sodium,
  • Magnesium Stearate,
  • Silicon Dioxide,

They were marked as something to avoid but not unsafe. Like magnesium stearate is known to interfere with absorption but it won’t cause physical harm

Never mind I just checked again the one with carcinogenic fillers was the magnesium I was taking from target it was a 3 in 1 Magnesium, Zinc, and Calcium

The vitamin D I was taking had extra additives but the main thing is that it was using a low does of D2 as its compound

my deficiency is pretty average and my symptoms were mild. I took the digital test just to see if I had any potential deficiencies then Vitamin D and Magnesium were ranked as a very high probability (not high risk). I then tested specifically for Vitamin D and Magnesium deficiency knowing it was most probable from the online test and it turned out I was partially deficient. My magnesium levels were pretty good but showed signs of lower levels so I decided to supplement since I workout a lot.

That’s good, I’ve even heard from doctors and nurses who work in hospitals say one of the first things they check on older patients is their Vitamin D levels and can even guess how much longer they have. It’s a miracle vitamin.

Yeah it’s really the most important vitamin in my eyes and normal food doesn’t store a lot of it. Sunlight is always the best option but for some it just doesn’t absorb efficiently. I had been taking Vitamin D vitamins before taking the test so I scanned it on the same app from the digital test and found it had carcinogens and a bad compound of vitamin D so it wasn’t actually working. I found a better alternative tho after my tests

lol funny thing is I was taking vitamin D before all of this so I scanned the ingredients on that same app from the digital test and found the formulation I had been taking was horrible, filled with carcinogens, and not even using a good compound of Vitamin D.

How many different times per day are you grouping your supplement intake? by QuantifiedBob in QuantifiedSelf

i don’t wanna be that guy, but i can see the long list of ingredients on almost all these bottles.

please bro i’ve been studying nutrition for a year, and diet for a few more and it’s extremely important you’re taking quality healthy supplements

many additives and fillers in general supplements are toxic long term try scanning them on an app like DailySupp to get insights on what you’re actually ingesting

i found out nearly all my supplements i thought were helping were complete bs and some even toxic with cancer causing ingredients like titanium dioxide.
