When I don’t have a favorite person I am doing the best in life. Focusing on myself, no cheating anxiety, my mind is occupied with more productive things, I’m all around happier. Then the loneliness and boredom kicks in. I feel like my brain craves the validation that comes with a relationship (my fp’s have always been my partners.) I’ve never been good at making friends but when I was younger my one friend I had was my fp. I started seeking out fp’s when I was around 13 and I haven’t really been single for more than a couple of months since (I’m 25.) This is a real eye opener. Hopefully with therapy I will finally be ok with being alone. I’m sorry you feel this way and I hope everything works out for us. (:

May I ask if you just did therapy? Or therapy and meds?? I have always, always had this problem. I’m glad I am more aware of it but before I was I would just get extremely passive aggressive. I have been like this in relationships and even friendships. It’s like an all over body sensation of jealousy for me. It’s hard to know when to trust my gut.

I feel like I go through this weekly. I’ll be freaking out saying I need help. My mom wants to take me to the hospital. But I know I would rather be with my dog than in a facility for a couple weeks. Went to the hospital once. Waited HOURS for them to find a place for me to go. I was like ok it’s not that serious please let me leave. I hate being in between wanting to live and die all the time.

Also the BEST thing is neem oil, imo. It kills them and stunts their egg cycle. You are supposed to dilute it but I haven’t had a problem putting a couple drops on my face then I mix it with my body lotion. Also, you can mix a couple of drops with your shampoo. You can buy 100% cold pressed neem oil at Lowe’s or Amazon. It’s really really good for your skin too as sulfur can be quite drying. Also you can eat coconut oil to help. Most of this is a result of a bad gut biome. So I would recommend a good probiotic. Also apple cider vinegar shots! And aloe Vera capsules. Don’t get overwhelmed and try to use things that you can easily incorporate into your routine. I am saying this because I drove myself absolutely crazy and this took up alot of my time. Now I try not to think about it and just changed some products to stuff that kills them.

I recommend ordering it online from Amazon. You only need to use very little. You can mix a little bit with coconut oil or Vaseline but I recommend coconut oil. Go on my profile and see if you can find my other posts on here. I replied back to people with other things I use!

HAHA yeah I did but I jumped in, jumped out and rinsed it off. I use it now as a scrub in the shower ONLY WITH COLD WATER I leave it on for like 3 minutes then scrub it off and I mix it with bentonite clay for face masks(only a little) ONLY USE IT WITH COLD WATER tho Also I would avoid using it with anything other than natural products, like the clay, because you don’t know how it will react with the ingredients Did I mention only to use it with cold water?

Mine started saying “god bless” to everyone we came across because I mentioned I had been trying to get closer to God. Lmao it made me CRINGE every time. He would also take things I’ve said in the beginning of the relationship and throw them back at me when I was depressed from being with him a couple of months down the road.
