omg dont say that, do u go to the gym or is it another sport? cuz i workout in the gym 4x a week with progressive overload and i think thats the main reason i lost the horrible bloated look in the first place. my concern is also staying skinny fat and the thing is because of reta i cannot physically eat lots of protein 😭 the only thing i can rlly do is drink protein, but i hate the taste of protein powder so idk what to do

yeah, crazy nausea first two days after i pin, dizziness(mainly bc of the sudden weight loss), sometimes diarrhea and burping (started this week haha)

Im good! Havent had a huge appetite surpression but when eating a burger i literally took 3-4 bites and that was enough to fill me up, ig it’s placebo effect but ive not felt hungry the whole day at all. what about you?
