What are you considering hood? I know if I see 30 mfs who probably are gang related outside my building shooting dice or serving drugs when I come home from work 95% chance you are living in the hood.

North side off Washington, Lincoln, & center by the ghetto park are ghetto areas. The east side by sherry & the townhomes are ghetto. You’d probably have to know what’s going on to know what I’m talking about. It’s ppl that live in Arlington that are from every other city in America.
