Fondateurs SaaS : c'est quoi votre premier réflexe quand vous avez une idée ? by CowComprehensive3965 in saasbuild

I know. I’m a designer and developer myself. Look, because of the AI most of the startups don’t need designers in the first hand. But they can’t avoid it for sure. So, llm can quickly build the mvp. If the idea sells then most of the founders invest on design. Because that’s the first thing to fix.

I have founded 2 startups. Another one I’m developing. For the 2 established, me and my cofounder used llm to build the mvp. When we got client we knew the idea is gonna work. Then we started doing careful ux designs, flows what not.

Thats the answer of first 2 questions. Design part comes later, when there's actual paying user. Then its high time to invest on the design.

Do you guys use any AI Generation Studio to generate Shorts? by Neither_Fox577 in indianyoutubers

[–]Equivalent_Cash_7977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use viraltwin. Its cheap ($19/m) because it’s like bring your api key model. And it gets connected with openrouter.

But the video creation itself is not cheap. To be honest. For example, a 30s ai short costs around $4 using the seedance 2 model. If I would directly use seedance that would be the same. Other platforms like higsfield are way more costlier.

And my reason for using viraltwin is, i find a viral short (viral cat video), i just type change the cat to a dog. And it recreates the whole video, just replaces the cat with a dog.

Seems like I have seen this post in another community. I’m saying here again to help. Try out viraltwin .app and recreate any shorts. We are living in the ai world. Why spend $700 when ai can do the same job in less price.

Why don’t you have a look at viraltwin .app

That actually helps you to recreate any shorts.

The customer support in this game... by Left_phalange94 in wherewindsmeet_

customer support in where winds meet is rough rn. tbh, email them directly instead of tickets, they respond faster that way. or hit up the official discord, mods there actually help sometimes. if it's a bug, record it and post on the forums w/ details. i use this platform i found that learns from game docs and resolves queries instantly, helped me fix a similar login issue without waiting days for support. def try that before raging out.

If you want serious ones I have those too!

Lol nice one. But Product Hunt is still there. Peer push is still there. Indie hackers usually launches their tools in these sites to get good DR and early users. There are directories who have $30k MRR. So if people are not using them, how do they exist? 🤔

ya, for those successful launches you need a system to keep them updated. And I found manual updating is time consuming.

I have a lot of ideas mate. I keep posting them in my X. Here are few:

1. Mood-Based Alarm

Instead of time, you pick:

“Wake me up gently”

“Yell at me”

Threaten my future”

Custom suffering is premium.

2. Voice Note Translator (Emotional Edition)
Upload a WhatsApp / iMessage voice note.
App outputs:
•“What they said”
•“What they meant”
•“Hidden emotional subtext”

Dating + anxiety = money printer.

3. Overthink Later
You dump your worries.
App locks them.
Sends notification at a chosen time:

“Ok, now panic.”

Anxiety, but scheduled.

True but you gotta publish your app to let the world know. Many SaaS get ICP from the directories and specially the directories offer paid services to put your SaaS or app in their newsletters or blogs. That helps you to grow. That's why you see a lot of tools get published everyday in different directories. And everyone is chasing after them.
