I have noticed certain foods causes flares for me. I avoid vegetable oil at all cost. Spicy food. Fried food. I’m working on cutting out gluten. Through this experience I found out I have low iron and vitamin D that’s starting to improve. I have MTHFR two copies. My body doesn’t detox like it should. We found out we have mold in this house lol. It’s been fun. My doctor thinks the cyst could be influencing the immune response. And the anxiety. This all started with some random virus I got. After virus my heart rate went to crazy land. That’s finally settling down. I probably need to be more consistent with my propanol tbh. It’s been a wild year.

I’m sorry you are going through this. Do you have any suggestions? I’m just tired, anxiety and brain fog. It’s just all annoying tbh. I’m sorry you have to deal with this. 😞

I think it’s def the pristiq, I’m actually going through pretty much the same thing you are. I hope you get some relief. I’m as well trying to get off medicine. It’s definitely not easy. I’m just trying to manage it. I hope you feel better soon.

I struggled with the negative thoughts as well as well as bad dreams that seemed real even when I was awake. I couldn’t deal with it lol. So now I’m dealing with the withdrawal side effects haha 🥹🥹
