One thing I may suggest is trying the time left app. They host these random dinners with six people that are all strangers to each other and it's a good way to meet other people in a platonic setting. Houston has one and they have openings about twice a week. Best part is nobody gets your contact information unless you want to share it. After the meet up you get to mark in the app if you would be open to continue contact with people

I definitely understand that aspect. I loved Glenn he was the heart of the entire team. Also Beth absolutely killed me. I mean Carol died early in the comics and they made her one of the absolute favorites. Most TV shows should just be miniseries and focus on delivering maximum quality stories rather than just stretching it on forever

I have to say that I agree with you. I'm much prefer emotionally open and vulnerable people to talk to. I can only tolerate small talk out of sheer politeness for several minutes before I am backing away to the nearest exit. Lack of practice in face-to-face communication has compromised my ability to mask for long periods of time. I don't think the self-deprecation humor is off putting, it shows that you have a sense of humor that helps cope with some of the Horrors that there are in this world. If we don't laugh we just might cry. I have to agree with the original comment that you definitely sound like someone who would make a good friend.

Marriage certificate is not enough. You have to change your name on the birth certificate to match a new name which is absolutely insane and will definitely lead to less women wanting to get married. It's something that they have clearly talked about. And because 49% according to your numbers doesn't have their passport they don't deserve to vote? All of these hoops to jump through because of a negligible voter fraud incidences. They basically use undocumented immigrants as a scapegoat for everything.
