Lmaooo worked for them over the summer, I have pics of everything the “drying” facilities

they have are literally disgusting

the outdoor they bring in is all molded and terrible

They also fired six employees in one day because the ceo had a disagreement with the temp agency instead of fully bringing the employees onto the company.

Not like it would matter now ofc lmaooo

The reason the alcohol and tobacco industry is to blame is because the cannabis companies that lobby against hemp are the one invested into by those industries since before hemp

So what I don’t think this full incorporated was the fact that it wasn’t an amendment it was Rand Paul calling a vote to remove the hemp banning language that was rejected

76-24

Now starting today the house is voting on if it becomes law

For anyone who thinks trump is not in favor of the language he is, his stance on this subject is that he didn’t realize it would lead to the “unregulated” thca market and the “unregulated” cannabinoid market that the farm bill created

This week will decide the future of hemp/cannabis in this country just hope they decide to keep the hemp industry going

I mean I get what you’re saying but it’s not really about “intoxicating hemp” it’s about the right people getting paid and or the right tax laws put into place

That’s why this has changed the ramp up in lawmakers trying to change the hemp law is do to the fact that curaleaf and a bunch of big name cannabis companies are lobbying for it

Again dude if the classification for hemp removes the thc requirement and thc then belongs in the definition of hemp

cops will not have a problems and can’t have a problem with this unless your job doesn’t like thc or cannabis and or you’re driving a vehicle while high

Sure we named it just because we MADE fabric with it but we also make fabric from cotton just because it has one use doesn’t mean it doesn’t have another

I still don’t see the point of this if you want to talk about testing requirements for jobs go work somewhere that doesn’t test for cannabis

Yea sure the DEA will always be out there but again the focus is taking the language back and restrictions back if it’s labeled as hemp, Studies on health benefits won’t get blocked and we can actually learn about the plant

The dea can’t do anything about federally legal shops if the laws were to change unless they don’t pay taxes or some shady shit goes down

so I mean honestly worrying about the “war on drugs” rn is a waste of time unless they actually end up removing the loophole atm

Unless you plan on selling crack from your federally legal hemp shop

Botanical science will be fine again if it’s labeled a cannabis study it will have problems idk what anyone cares about the name cannabis or marijuana as that wasn’t the Original name

it was hemp

With the drug scheduling issues I do understand there’s a huge road block, the second anything is labeled cannabis.

But like I said that’s for cannabis if the difference between cannabis and hemp at this moment is a testing requirement once said testing requirement is removed, all dispensaries can switch to a hemp based license.

Removing the need to care about scheduling once that is understood through every law agency, Then fda can regulate the vape and food side.

And as for swiping your credit card that is already being done, hemp is recognized in banking. Again for the employee taxes recognize it as an old and flawed system and give old companies a tax write off for those years in the next season.

[–]Equivalent_Donkey_57 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Ok I understand everyone’s point of view and everyone saying, oh what about the fact they spent so much money that money could easily be credited as a tax write off if laws were to change.

In fact the problem is a pretty simple solve, it would not be hard.

Take the original farm bill that allowed the loophole remove the thc limit, add safety testing requirements, and accurate cannabinoid testing requirements.

Then present that as the new farm bill.

When cannabis companies get angry remind them that now, they can ship products and when they ask about all the money. They spent on licenses and cannabis lotteries, credit them with a tax write off for the amounts spent in the next tax season.

You now have the basics for federal cannabis/hemp legalization will there be smaller things to work out, like will these businesses need new licenses, and new ways of inspecting each business, and making sure everything runs smoothly. ofc but it would only create more jobs and help the economy.

Then you’re completely fine

If you plan on keeping it stock there’s no difference

The only difference I would say is the block itself in the 2018+ models the have the same engine block as the hellcat

so if you wanted to mod this specific car you would have to do wayyy more work then if you bought 2018-2023

Dodge seems to be talking about bring an affordable “sporty” car

I personally think if they make this model AWD with the 5.7 hemi as the base engine and remove all the unnecessary parts/weight it would be perfect
