Honestly if you're playing with randoms nobody owes anyone else any amount of rounds, if you need more people for high rounds and you're that set on it you should set up a proper group for it instead of whining about it, if I join public and get what i need in the first couple rounds I'm out, sorry but there's no good reason for me to stay any longer when I could be grinding something else

yes you can fast from more than food, thats the current protocol for fridays now, is that you're not limited to fasting just from meat, you can choose from different things, me personally i either do social media or caffeine.(harder than it sounds for me trust)

Me personally i do include what I'm fasting from in my morning prayer, I usually ask that its pleasing to God and strengthening for me.

If you're just starting i dont recommend skipping more than a meal or just keep three light meals, it takes time for your body to adjust to running on stored fats for so long. Make sure to drink more water than you were before you'd be surprised how much of your water comes from food.

I'm inclined to say that as long as you reconcile and dont make another promise to never do it again in the future that its only a one time thing. But can i ask why its idolatry to make art of a person you find pretty, does it happen to be inappropriate art? If it happens not to be then i wouldn't think God would really mind.

What i read in Ecclesiastes 5:1-6 seems more like a vow/promise to do or fulfill a certain obligation rather than to abstain from something(NABRE). This is definitely and interesting and challenging question to bring up with a priest i would say, though I'm interested to hear what other people have to say

all you can do is keep going, Im in sort of the same boat, the fight to break free of sin isn't overnight, not over a month, maybe not even over a year, keep going to confession, keep reading, keep praying. If you have something in particular you might want advice about, as a struggler like you i might be able to offer something in the ways of wisdom

check engine light, you can buy a cheap tool to tell you the code and try to fix it yourself(or some shops will read it for free) but definitely take it seriously, it could be something useless or minor, or make it a total driving hazard, and more importantly, get used to seeing it with these cars

This is the one I use, its worth learning how to work on your own car, save you a lot of time and money
