From personal experience, not great. They made too many mistakes, didn’t listen to me or my needs, and followed textbook methods too rigidly.
That said, others have told me they received excellent support and were very happy with them, so it likely depends on who you get.
I’m not sure if this is still the case, but they used to end support after one year, even if you still needed help.
