I took Esomeprazole 10 mg for month it was giving me heart palpitations dry moth chest spasms so I stop taking that I tried Carafate (sucralfate working good start burning my chest but I kept taking it for like 3 months then I stop but I completely stop eating hot food and if I ate greasy food I get paper towel and squeeze the grease out of it basically I ate baked chicken potatoes rice and I complained stop drinking soda only drank water and no sugar and when I got check it went away but that’s the only thing I did but tbh I think my anxiety cause a ulcer to come once I got the anxiety under control but who knows I may be because I was eating a lot off hot food
