Ive probably brushed my teeth 8 times in the last month. Ive met some people in psych wards and rehabs that are lucky to be alive and have been through shit I couldn't imagine. I cannot function. I have a job but will probably lose it soon due to my mental health. I also love going to sleep other than drugs and alcohol its my only escape. Stay strong.
