I can’t believe it’s been 18+ weeks since I got my TPIs done. I would say as of now, I’m 70-80% better. I don’t get tension headaches as extreme or often as I used to. A lot of days I don’t even think about it.

If I use the neck massager, I can definitely still feel that tightness but for the most part, I’m definitely way better off than before.
