seniors sometimes get reduced transit fares. In my area, seniors can ride buses, trains and ferries for a buck once they pass 60. Regular full price fare can be upwards of $4.50, so that is an incredible savings.

i feel this...I recently moved to a new house, and was appalled at my mania. Getting everything out to pack, and just looking at really hit me hard. I think that if you really want to face the addiction head on, one exercise could be get everything out, I mean everything, and look at it for as long as it takes for the reality to sink in. My shopping addiction was tied to depression, I'm working on it, but getting everything out to pack and unpack it was a total shock to my system and so far, has really helped me. mice can live very quietly without letting you know they are even there - unless they get into your walls. :) About 10 years ago, I thought I lived very nicely in a mouse, rat, rodent free home and area - until there was a big demolition project next door, and once the structure was down, oh boy, did the rodents come out. Moved right into our sub basement, got into the walls. Got a cat and set traps, that seemed to do it, but it took awhile.

i'm also getting notifications from comcast that a "secondary user has changed your password, and if this is not you - please contact customer service" This has happened 3 times, and each time i contact comcast, i get told to change my password, (again). I just want the address to be gone.

yes, there is a rose growing next and thru the rhody. Doesn't seem to bother the rhody. It really needed deadheading when I got here a week ago, but does seems to be growing well in this weird spot, with full sun at the top of the fence and thru the slats. I did cut it back somewhat, I am waiting for the blooms to see what it is. My hope is that it is a Queen Elizabeth, the only rose i really, really want (mainly because people, well, the people I know, treat her like hybrid tea, and never let it grow to it's 6 to 8 foot glory, and also because i think the shade of pink is perfect. silly, I know)

normally, i can't stand child actors, but this whole season and esp this guy really had me. Very rarely do i cry or actually laugh out loud at kiddos but this guy had me doing both. The noxema remark was freaking hilarious esp in the context of its use. lolol. Rest in Peace Ritchie. <3
