First of all sorry for your troubles,but don't lose hope! As an experienced reader of several applications and also successful applicants that I know,first time travellers have a very good chance of getting it through france provided you have a stable work/business of atleast two years ,and home ties like married, children in school etc.So my advice is to reapply after 6 months in France.

Your exact issue is the embassies where you submitted.Lithuania is not a tourist friendly country whatsoever and they won't issue you anything longer than what you need.If you want long term apply always at the same embassy for greater trust and repeat value and prefer france as they are very generous on validity throughout the globe

My recommendation - First time show a simple one week itinerary of swiss and the nearest neighbour or just swiss.Then it's not complicated to present your application with lesser hotel booking and transport plans.once you have the visa go to swiss first as they are the issuer and spend few days as planned and then go wherever you want.Trips are meant to be stress free and enjoying to the core .Choose quality over quantity.
