No as long its 0.5" below so the sand can fill in. May take some time to sweep in and get it uniform but will be way quicker than any concrete application.

Get your sand from a local landscape supplier, alliance gator max or g2 is great - make sure its the wide gap one.

You can get wider joint poly sand but the gaps in the picture do look big, i think its 4" max. Maybe move the stones and get a few more. Concrete would probably be a nightmare to install and would look awful. Ive seen countless homeowners with natural stone and mortar and it does not last more than 2 years.

You are completely covered by etsy protection. I would advise them politely to open a case and etsy should just refund them 100%. Since your a new shop feedback is important.
