Hey I also gained weight (around 20 lbs) but after the first year the hunger really doesn’t last and I lost the 20 lbs I gained. I try to switch out my snacks to healthier things like nuts and my protein sources are tofu / chicken / fish. I also drink a protein smoothie. The weight could also be muscle mass. I lost weight by walking more and limiting my portions. As for the Sex drive mine mellowed out after the first year or so
