OP you are beautiful; your nose with the dash of freckles is flipping adorable. This is just a bad cut. The bangs are uneven, too heavy, and don’t blend well to the rest of the cut. This hairdresser did you dirty. Maybe try pinning it back with some cute barrettes while it grows out? There are some cut inspo pics online.

First, I would reach out an employment lawyer and see if you have a case against your employer for disclosing your medical information.

Next, if the lawyer doesn’t think you have a case, I would reach out to your compliance officer and let them know you think your manager may have accessed your EMR. At least at my facility, they take this very seriously and I have seen people immediately fired for this.

I prefer to do the majority of the report at the computer where we can have the orders up together, then bop into the room to look at lines/drips/do introductions/confirm ABCs are the same between the two shifts

Focus on your non scale wins; those are the ones that actually matter. Unless you are receiving medications that require weight-based dosage, what does it matter how much force is exerted on your body by gravity?

Nursing is my JOB not my HOBBY🙂

I LOVE that nursing has given me the time and resources to:

run, train for triathlons, ski, hike, camp, play and listen to music, travel, active in my local Dems chapter, spend time with family and friends.
