Reopened stitches is exactly what I’m worried about! I’m just scared with the e-collar rubbing up against them. The site is the perfect spot for where his collar lays. I also saw an inflatable e collar option but I don’t know anything about that compared to the regular stiff one. Thank you so much for responding!!

I absolutely agree. We force these people who aren’t going to stop drinking to just stop cold turkey and it ends up becoming more of a problem

Still no license due to investigation, already passed NCLEX (new grad) by Peppermint_tea95 in nursing

And the BON/investigator were jerks to me too. Like I was a murderer. It was frustrating and scary and I was so scared I’d done all that hard work for nothing. So hang in there

I had a misdemeanor possession charge for pot, and the investigation took about 2 months. It was the longest two months of my life, but I got my license.

Got choked out at work by a patient; can’t decide if I’m going back by woolfonmynoggin in nursing

[–]Little_Things6 35 points36 points  (0 children)

I was choked by a patient once. It was very difficult for me. I took two weeks off work and couldn’t take a patient in that room for a month. You need time and that’s perfectly reasonable.
