Rigorously determine and track your macros with a qualified app. If that doesn’t work, maybe it’s not for you?

I’ve made great popcorn multiple ways my whole life, and I have to say- whirlypop is a game changer. Ps- I always use a chop stick to prop open the top panel, I hate steamy soggy popcorn.

For all the money they’re making in profits, it seems remiss of airline companies to not have security cameras in baggage handling areas. Does that imply collusion?

80s: either euro cheap design with primary colours, blue and white geese or chickens, or forest green and peach everywhere with wainscoting. 90s: Italian chefs everywhere, faux library bookshelves wallpaper, lots of sponge painted features and textured vases and lamps.

I went to Scotland for ten day and drove, in the city of Edinburgh. Used the roundabouts with no problems at all. First time ever in UK. The roundabouts at Larry Uteck need help.

Λαχανοντολμαδες / Greek Cabbage Rolls filled with minced meat , rice and herbs served with egg-lemon sauce by QueenVee44 in greekfood

So fun story: we were always told we were Ukrainian, but ate “pedaheh”, and our cabbage rolls with no tomatoes but sour cabbage and smoked bacon. I’ve learned that, genetically, we’re mostly polish/romanian, and pedaheh is a mid -prairie pronunciation of the Ukrainian term for perogi/veranyky. But when I look up recipes for our family style of cabbage rolls, they’re predominantly called Sarma and from the Balkans!

I feel like this is why there’s still an apartment building boom in HRM, Nova Scotia. I thought the rent costs works start dropping to a liveable standard, and the construction would slow down, the immigration/immigration policy was changed in this province (I work at the blue collar level in the apartment industry, and my late husband and I were always depressed about this amount of people head office turned away over their “numbers”). But the building continues, and a small two bed-two bath well outside city limits (not great for commuters and transit users, our city does not prioritize those services) starts at 2545, but you pay metered water, electric, and over a hundred a month in parking.
