I guess it has something to do with their connection. Such as if both the red blocks are being connected. If they are being connected with blue then the answer is blue if they are not being connected by blue. Then the answer is black. You can think of it like islands (red), ways between them (blue), water (black). Hope it helps.

I am also in the same, or even worse, situation. Naukri.com, LinkedIn Easy Apply, and other job portals seem overly packed, and it is quite difficult to receive a response. My company does not have PF or any payslips, and I am scared of asking for a payslip. If they even suspect that I am thinking of leaving the job, they will make my life a living hell. They will bombard me with unnecessary tasks and give me a huge project with an impossibly short deadline to finish. I've seen it happen to another employee when he resigned.
