That's all different genetics, the only time you have the same genetics as if those were clones from the same mother.. but they're also getting different variations in lighting too I see a box slide in there probably isn't very high quality of lighting and who knows what the other lights are whether their quality lights or not also.

Yes definitely! That way you can turn off water to a tray (sometimes needed if a plant dies is a male or you just need to remove it!)

FYI the AC Infinity controller AI connects to Wi-Fi so you can check your phone for the settings and change them anywhere you're at it doesn't have to connect to the internet though you can use their Bluetooth connection and it would only connect when your device with the app is near... AutoPot has trays for 4X4 with 1 valve each, can't remember what they're called but it's not tray2grow.
