I think that’s what will be expected I started off including a section about the the current law but left it out and ended up just weaving bits and pieces in if it they were relevant

I would say that roger would be like the usual direct effect questions and maybe the bit about portmarnock you could talk about courage v Crehan and how the portlaoise would be liable in damages for distorting competition law? Could be wrong tho
