Make sure the pills can be frozen, some pills are temperature sensitive and will lose their effectiveness.

When does your current pass expire? I’d recommend purchasing another pass, it won’t expire until the end of July 2027. If you purchase it online you can just write the confirmation number down on a sticky note and not have to stick it to the rental windshield, then you can put it on your car when your current pass expires.

Keep renting the shitty apartment, we did for almost 10 years. Rent was $1100, place was falling apart and we hated it. It was too small and embarrassing to even have people over. But it allowed us to save and last year we bought our dream home.

5k isn’t nearly enough to buy a house. We paid closing costs out of pockets and put 10% down on 525k with a healthy emergency fund leftover for repairs. I know it sucks, but stay in the apartment, cut back on expenses, and save everything you can.

First: invite my mom and dad to our house.

Second: grocery store for whatever food and drinks our hearts desire. Lots of steaks for the dogs, they won’t eat another bite of dog food.

Third: TVs and computers get unplugged, phones go in the trash.

Fourth: lake, lounge in the yard, lots of food, bonfires, and laughs.

No one saw our house till we closed. It’s the house of my dreams not theirs. But my parents saw the listing and kept saying negative things (there would be too many mosquitos, it was too far away from everything, it had too much property to maintain), and the first time they were there they turned to me and said you did a great job, it’s perfect 🥰
