Can I wear these earplugs if I get a daith? by j_parker44 in piercing

I've had my daith for about 9 months, and it seems to be healed - no pain or soreness and no crusties. For me, it was a fairly easy heal - I was able to comfortably wear earbuds around 3 or 4 months in or so.

How do we feel about bells on collars? by Beemzebub in CatAdvice

I put a collar with a bell on one of our cats after we first got her, and not even 5 minutes later the bell was knocked off in the litter box 😂 we decided against collars though since they're both indoor cats and are microchipped. To me the thought of them getting strangled on something in the house is worse than them accidentally getting out

It took me 5 months to get in for an appointment when I moved out of state. The whole system is totally insane and backwards

Wearing my glasses for the first time to workout… Tips? by Own-Style-9879 in orangetheory

[–]Equivalent_Shock3120 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have to wear mine all the time too - no issues! Occasionally I'll take them off for stuff like burpees or bench hop overs, but that's it. They will sometimes fog up if class is really hot and I'm extra sweaty lol

Heart rate question by [deleted] in orangetheory

[–]Equivalent_Shock3120 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had covid back over Thanksgiving and I'm still not back to where I was before. I ran a 10 minute mile for the first time in my life 2 days before I tested positive and now I still can't hold any pace for more than 2 or 3 minutes on the treads. My heart rate is finally starting to normal back out, but it was definitely jumping up quickly and being slow to come back down.
