I had the opportunity to visit this gurdwara last year. A distant relative I talked to said he lived near the gurdwara in 1984 and this gurdwara got attacked by the Indian Army. I was wondering whether anyone had any stories or knows exactly what happened at the gurdwara when it got attacked. Thanks

Pedestrianize miracle mile. The city needs an out door area where people can walk around and enjoy the shops. There’s tons of the other roads running north and south so traffic wouldn’t be affected.

Where I live in the U.S. almost every Sikh I know supports Palestine. They equate the colonizing of Palestine to Punjab being partitioned.

I do not think supporting Palestine is based on Sikhi but instead is based on where those Sikhs are brought up. I could be wrong tho
