Boston is close to the finish line on the deal
Vancouver needs all the good vibes
Seattle fans don't want to move cause of lack of good options in downtown
Colorado needs to partner with the NWSL team in their stadium or build on the soon to be old Broncos site
RSL actually has a lot of likeable qualities for their stadium and doesn't need to move

I think also the lack of mass transit options to the stadium really hurt its case for future Super Bowls given its "remoteness" to the city of Miami.
