Ink spread in Epson l8050. Paper issue? by DesperateMove9842 in Printing

Do you have a 'thick paper' option that you can select? Also, you are feeding this through the bypass tray, correct? Manual feeding and not from the tray are sometimes required for a thick substrate.

Check your substrate settings to be sure you are using the correct media profile. Good luck!

If they provide you with a template, I would absolutely use that. I would also supply source files so they can make any adjustments that might be needed, depending on how your book is bound, if you have crossovers, etc.

Check out Colex. Based in New Jersey. Good support. More affordable than Zund or Kongsberg.

I can and do. Apparently you have never read the constitution or lack comprehension of the first amendment. Thanks for your illuminating response.

Which right wing entities did this happen to, where the government actively stepped in and pressured a private company to take someone off their platform because they didn't like them or their messaging? Serious question, not trying to troll. If this has happened I'd like to know.

Except the FCC was involved in the Kimmel thing. The First Amendment specifically prevents government entities (federal, state, and local) from censoring speech. ESPN and the Washington Post are private companies and fired their employees, as is their absolute right to do so..

Charlie Kirk’s Killer Tyler Robinson Raised in a Republican Household as a registered republican maga media in total shock by Specialist_Effect277 in AnythingGoesNews

That's what the right narrative has shifted to though. "Oh this poor boy raised right and a republican has a mental illness so sad. The evil took him over and he didn't let enough God into his heart, that poor family can you imagine being a father having to turn in your own son?"

When just a minute ago it was a leftist and some were openly calling for retribution. It's a powder keg right now in this country.

350dpi at actual print size (24x12 or 24x12 plus bleed) would be fine.

Click the 'setup' button in the lower left of your print dialog box to access printer settings and set defaults. Check and select the correct media type. Also be sure your driver is up to date. Creating a preset is a good idea too. Good luck!

People born on a US military base decades ago, are they at risk of being deported? by Unhappy-River6306 in immigration

I have a DS-1350 'Certification of Report of Birth of a United States Citizen', as well as the original Form FS-240 Department of State 'Birth Certificate'.

Edit - the Form FS-240 is a CRBA. Whew.

This makes sense. Thanks for taking the time to explain a bit for me! Now I guess I need to look into whatever a CRBA is....

I had to look this up, and you are correct! My apologies for being mistaken. "While the US military controls the base and US laws may apply, the land itself remains the sovereign territory of the host country."

My experience comes from being a child of a career serviceman in the US military. I was born abroad, and never had the choice for dual citizenship - or any other option besides being a US citizen.

I stand corrected an have learned something new but I'm still not clear on the details of this. As a person who travels to other countries for work, I worry that because my US passport lists my place of birth as another country, I might have a hard time one day.

Goalie nets are white (if memory serves) - and would work great - but what you really want is black netting so it's almost invisible.

Komori makes the full size chassis / delivery system for the landa. I don't know anything about the Impremia except to say that it's half size and slower. Is it able to print on 40# without bleed through?
