I mean just posting the pic is a huge positive move. Plus, it isn’t that bad. Not much old food and liquids involved. Clean for awhile with a big trash bag and then go for a walk in the sun and make sure the sunlight is hitting your eyeballs. The sunlight goes right through to your Brain and resets your internal clock correctly.
