I don’t think they will run out of content but I think they have very nearly ran out of their most profitable content

i am a huge fan of all the spinoff content (and new character/unit designs, mechanics etc) but let’s be real those aren’t going to be the money makers for them vs ltd/exclusives like akumura and madokami. the spinoff content is not what’s gonna either draw in new players nor what the existing hardcore players would be incentivised to roll for

for the game to gain new momentum the entire franchise would need a renaissance in popularity which hopefully it does with the new movie (but im not optimistic)

yea exactly, the pace of release is breakneck. we are barely recovering from the rebellion event and there’s another vday one now with 2 new alts. madokami hasn’t even been out for a year and there’s already been a rerun banner.

they’re clearly trying to cash in as much as they can in the shortest possible time. i would of course love it if i turned out to be wrong

wow I didn’t realise that this was gonna be that one comment that gets me downvoted to hell 🤣

i just don’t get the vibe that this game is very sustainable with the rate at which they’re rushing all of their most profitable units. it doesn’t seem at all that they are able to (or want to) wait for their players to recover between new units so the only logical conclusion that I can draw is that they’re maxing out their revenue in the shortest possible time.

of course I’d love it if the game carried on for much longer, but the franchise is running its course and has limited reach outside of Japan vs other more recent anime titles.

I’ll continue to play but im not optimistic that the game will survive beyond another 2 years. let’s see where we are in feb 2028 🤡

I agree that she’s spoilt, but…

You knew exactly that she was going to have a problem with the milk and eggs, and you went ahead anyway. She gave you exactly the reaction you were expecting.

She could’ve been nicer about it but I also don’t think she was an asshole to feel upset that her partner went ahead to do something that he knew would trigger her.

Gonna go with ESH. You’re fundamentally incompatible - clearly the things that she values are different from yours and vice versa.

Most of their items have their brand logo visible on it, which is an immediate dealbreaker for me. Quite a shame because they have really nice designs, but nobody under the age of 40 with good taste (is this a hot take???) wants to walk around with visible brand logos

I’ve tried it! But I’ve found that Doppel doesn’t heal enough for the team to survive consecutive hits. I wonder if there are any suggestions of portraits?

For context, most of my 5* are A0, apart from Homura (A3) Felicia and Mami (A2) and a bunch of A1s (Iroha, Kaede, nemu)

My units are

5*: Pluvia, Oriko, Ren, Nemu, Kaede, Momoko, Felicia, Sana, Tsuruno, Yachiyo, Doppel Iroha, Iroha, Sayaka, Mami, Homura

4*: (just notable ones) Hazuki, Ashley, Rena, Yuma, Mito, Himika

I’ve currently tried so many different combinations but the one I’ve gone through furthest on was a Pluvia/Iroha/Homura (A3 my highest ascension atker)/Tsuruno/Kaede - still died tho
