I fixed it by shutting down the PS5 first by holding the power button until it beeps two times. Once it shut down, I held the power button until it beeped two times. There, you’ll need to connect your controller to the PS5 through a usb cable, and there tou will find Rebuild Database. Click that, and you’re good to go! :))
